About

Ramp is a contemporary art gallery, situated in the heart of Hamilton Kirikiriora at Wintec Te Pūkenga's School of Media Arts.

Ramp’s exhibition programme provides a space for critical thought and dialogue through a curated programme of exhibitions, essays, public programmes, workshops.  We acknowledge Tangata Whenua, Waikato Tainui and mana whenua hapū demonstrated in our marae, Te Kōpū Mānia o Kirikiriroa.  We are committed to consciously encouraging divergent voices and practices in all aspects of the gallery schedule. Ramp will foster safety for cultural, multi-gendered, divergent ideological worldviews to be explored in an engaged, creative and thoughtful way.
