Graeme has been involved in earthen, strawbale, and eco-architecture over the past thirty years with around 100 earthen architecture projects alone, and is particularly interested in the integrated relationship between plants and buildings. He was Chair of the Earth Building Association of New Zealand for many years, and is Chair of the Standards New Zealand Technical Committee for the NZ Earth Building Standards.
